Are the products waterproof?

Our products are suitable for daily use and can be used for a few drops of water.

All articles comply with EU regulations on nickel. That means it’s safe to use our products with a nickel allergy.

Can I buy a gift card?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to purchase gift vouchers for our online shop.

SHIPPING

How fast will my order be shipped?
  • If your order is received before 2 p. m., your order will be dispatched on the same day on all workdays.
  • If your order arrives after 2 p. m., your order will be shipped the following day.
How long does it take to ship?

Our standard delivery times are:

  • 2-3 days within Germany
  • 4-5 days to other European countries (excluding customs clearing)
  • 8-12 days outside the EU (excluding customs clearing)
How high are the shipping costs and to which countries do you ship?

We are shipping worldwide.

  • 3,90 € within Germany
  • 4,90 € within Austria and Switzerland
  • 15 € outside Europe
  • In case of shipping to a country outside the EU, the order may be subject to import duties and taxes. In that case we do not charge you any VAT/taxes when placing your order. You are instead subject to paying taxes to the local customs in your country. We are unable to advise if you will pay taxes locally or any potential amount that you will be charged. For more information contact your local customs office.
By which delivery service will my order be handled?

Depending on where you live, we ship our products either with DHL, UPS or DPD.

How can I track my order?

We will provide a tracking number in the order confirmation email. The tracking number will only become active once the parcel service provider has picked up and scanned your package.

The tracking states that my parcel has been delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.

Please make sure to check with your neighbors first, if they accepted the parcel on your behalf. If this is not the case, feel free to contact our customer service.

ORDER PROCESS

I haven't received an order confirmation.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it within one hour, there are following possible reasons:

  • Maybe you entered a wrong email-address?
  • Did you check your spam folder?
  • The order has not been placed successfully.

Please check under “my orders” in your user account.
Our customer care team will further investigate whether something might have gone wrong in the order process, and inform you accordingly.

Can I change my order subsequently?

Once an order is submitted, unfortunately we are unable to change the ordered products, the quantity selected or the delivery address.
In this situation, we suggest you to contact us and cancel the incorrect order.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, DIRECTebanking and various other local payment methods.
Debit cards and billing options.

DISCOUNT CODES

How can I redeem a discount code?

Enter the discount code in the field provided at the checkout in order to redeem it. Be sure there
are no additional spaces before or after the code. The discount will automatically be deducted
from your order value. Kindly note that only one code is valid per order.

I forgot to redeem my discount code. Can discount codes be credited retrospectively?

Unfortunately a retrospective crediting of the discount is not possible.

Can discount codes be combined with one another?

A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional discount codes or vouchers. Discount
codes cannot be redeemed for the purchase of sales items. Cash payment is not possible.

Am I entitled to get my discount code back if I return my order?

If you would like to make use of your right of return, then the reduced purchase price will be refunded. You are not entitled to a refund or replacement of the discount code. The discount code will expire if you return your complete order.

RETURNS

How long do I have to return my order?

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased within 14 days of receiving the item. It will no longer be possible for us to refund the purchase price after this deadline has passed.
The product(s) must be unused and still in the same new condition as when they were received.

Who bears the costs of the return?

You will need to bear the cost of returning the goods. Please send only franked parcels back to us.

Has my return been received?

We will let you know as soon as we have processed your return.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have processed your return, we will refund the amount immediately via the means of
payment you originally chose. This may take up to 10-14 business days.

INCORRECT DELIVERY OR FAULT

What should I do if the product I receive is wrong or faulty?

We are sorry that you received a wrong or defective product. Please contact Customer Service here. In case of defect, please provide photo evidence.
We will then send you the new or correct item as soon as possible. So that you can return the incorrect or faulty item, you will receive a return slip so you will be able to send it back to us free of charge.
